Maine Redevelopment is looking to hire an Operations Manager . This role will be instrumental in building and optimizing our operational infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role will oversee daily operations, refine processes, manage resources, and ensure the organization meets its goals effectively and efficiently.

As Maine Redevelopment’s second hire, this is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with high emotional intelligence and a strong ability to adapt in a startup environment. Success in this role requires flexibility, a willingness to take calculated risks, and the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making as the organization evolves. Given our early-stage growth, we’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate range and adaptability, as responsibilities and projects will likely shift over the first few years
